About me: As an applied economist, I seek to document the unequal experiences of workers in the labor market and the implications of these inequalities for society as a whole. I am also interested in the intersection of labor market inequality with innovation. I often collaborate with government and non-profit partners to leverage large-scale administrative datasets that allow me to combine academic research with policy impact.
